Here at Cultivate Careers, we see the value in unveiling the hidden potential in those who do not have the resources to take advantage of their education. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and prove that making a change in today's world can be done by anyone for any cause. Our team consists of problem-solvers and risk-takers who are dedicated to our mission. Cultivate Careers emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support impoverished communities, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

INSPIRATION
"One kid that I met in El Salvador was not very enthusiastic about learning. Especially with COVID, Zoom lessons could not hold his attention. He said that he would sleep through 90 slide presentations while on Zoom. This, I fear, represents a lack of motivation that would be detrimental to a student’s future. One of my motivations for starting this nonprofit is to break a cycle of generational poverty that plagues villages in El Salvador and around the world. It is the goal of Cultivate Careers to allow kids from these communities to set their own goals for their future career, therefore giving them a sense of purpose and motivation."
